He is an Executive Licensed Professional Civil Engineer with a diverse leadership background in public/private sectors delivering outstanding customer service\, budget discipline and technical compliance. Maher is an expert in interpreting complex technical concepts into layman?s terms and gaining public acceptance of new policies and procedures. \n\nHis Specialties are Civil Engineering\, Leadership\, Strategic Planning\, Public Administration\, Human Resources and Construction Management. He will be speaking about Military Leadership.
