Sample FREE food and non-alcohol drinks-Win Fabulous door prizes and gifts for Military members with ID! \n\n\n\nWhat a great way to introduce our service members to the vast selection of our community's businesses and services. This year we are changing things up and going with a "Carnival" theme. Along with games\, prizes and inflatable's for the kids. \n\n\n\nVendors: Please download and complete the application and return to the Silverdale Chamber of Commerce via fax\, email or mail. We must have a hard copy of the application on file for the event. We can also process payment through the chamber via phone\, fax or mail. We are requiring Certificate of Insurance with your application and payment. The Silverdale Chamber of Commerce will need to be listed as additionally insured with liability of $1\,000\,000. If you need assistance with obtaining insurance\, please call the chamber office.
