DESCRIPTION:The Poulsbo CF walk is a walk-a-thon to raise money and awareness for Cystic Fibrosis! Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is a genetic lung disease that affects 30\,000 Americans and has no cure. The average life span of those living with CF is 35 years old\, but with your help\, we can improve the quality of life for patients and find that cure! With our new location\, we will have more activities\, more participants\, and in turn spreading more awareness about Cystic Fibrosis\, and raising more money towards making CF stand for CURE FOUND! We have so many exciting things planned for this family fun event\, both new and old that you won't want to miss it!
