Making Cider
A Valentines Experience! Come explore the inner workings of hard apple cider and the process to make it. Whether you want to learn to make your own ciders or simply curious about the different ways to make and flavor your favorite libation, this course will take you from the fruit through its fermentation and into the glass for some samplings.
