About Us
Compressions for Life LLC is an American Heart Association authorized CPR, First Aid, BLS, and ACLS training facility based in Downtown Bremerton, serving Kitsap and Mason counties since 2011.
Every class is taught by active professional firefighters and paramedics who respond to 911 calls in your community. We don't teach from a manual — we teach from real calls. That means every technique, every scenario, and every skill you learn is grounded in front-line emergency experience.
We offer AHA-certified courses including First Aid CPR/AED, Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). All courses meet OSHA requirements and Washington State L&I standards.
We serve individuals, healthcare providers, businesses, schools, and government agencies throughout the Kitsap Peninsula including Bremerton, Silverdale, Poulsbo, Port Orchard, Bainbridge Island, Kingston, Belfair, and beyond. Onsite training available for groups of 8 or more — we bring all equipment directly to your location.
