Are you passionate about golf and providing excellent customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals to join our Pro Shop team at Pin Seeker Indoor Golf.

About Us: Pin Seeker Indoor Golf is a premier golfing facility in Bremerton, WA, offering state-of-the-art Golfzon golf simulators along with food, beer, and wine. Our facility features four cutting-edge indoor golf simulation bays, a bar, quick service food, and private lessons. We are a PXG fitting location with an expanding pro shop, putting green, pool table, and everything else you need for a fun golf outing,

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-time/Part-time
• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: Various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Customer Check-In/Out: Manage the check-in and check-out process for simulator reservations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests.
• Gameplay Tutorials: Provide tutorials and demonstrations on the use of our Golfzon simulators, ensuring guests are comfortable and knowledgeable about gameplay.
• Customer Assistance: Be readily available to answer any questions guests may have about the simulators, gameplay, or general inquiries.
• Food and Beverage Support: Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring guests have an enjoyable and complete experience.
• Maintain Facility: Ensure that the simulation bays and common areas are clean and presentable at all times.
• Inventory and Supplies: Assist with the management of pro shop inventory and supplies as needed.
• Promote Services: Encourage and promote additional services such as private lessons, memberships, and upcoming events to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of golf and golf equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for managing reservations and processing transactions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
