KettleFish is a modern seafood kitchen with an innovative kettle system for fresh, quickly prepared soups and stews.Our kettle dishes are cooked with steam kettles that evenly heat to 212 degrees in 30 seconds expediting the cooking process to be efficient in time and energy. Our fried foods are hand battered in house and cooked to crispy perfection. The fish and chips offered is a premium quality wild caught Alaskan cod. All of our seafood is sustainable, responsibly sourced, and mostly local to support the shellfish/seafood industry in our community. The shellfish provided are Willapa Bay oysters, PennCove mussels, and Hood Canal manila clams cooked to a tender, savory bliss.
