Self-Sabotage is our BFF, except she's really not! She tries to keep us safe, in our comfort zones of bubble wrap, but she's taking out all of the fun of life. In this workshop, we will identify the self-sabotaging behaviors that we all have, and provide tips on how to move forward. Elaine Turso is a born and raised "Bremertonian". As a self-taught boudoir photographer, Elaine began to notice that women, in particular, were struggling to find their confidence and love for themselves. Last year she founded "perfectly imperfect body image boot camp" which was a group program aimed at helping women to overcome their body shame and find their confidence. This is when she fully began to understand self-sabotage. Not only did she experience it personally, she saw others struggling with it too. As a business strategist, self-sabotaging behaviors have played a big part in 53.3% of the business owners Elaine surveyed. The underlying problem that she helps with is... confidence!
